United Kingdom:
Standard UK delivery is typically via Royal Mail Tracked and is typically delivered within 2-4 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and Royal Mail allows up to 21 working days before parcels will be classed as lost. If you're ordering for Christmas or time sensitive occasions we strongly recommend you use either Express delivery, which is sent via DPD or DPD Click and Collect where your parcel will be delivered to a local shop for you to collect at your convenience.
Express delivery is typically via DPD courier (Other carriers may be used for off-shore and Highlands areas, or where it makes sense to use a different carrier). Express delivery is usually next working day (a few areas are 2 day delivery) and Monday - Friday. We also offer a weekend delivery service so you can have your parcel delivered on Saturday or Sunday if you prefer.
If you're not home when deliveries arrive or want peace of mind that your parcel will be received and kept safe for you, we recommend you use our click and collect (DPD Pick up shop) service. Delivery to a local shop of your choice via DPD courier. You can then collect the parcel when convenient for you to do so.

International:
Please see our checkout pages for up to date information on international delivery. We highly recommend if you're ordering for Christmas gifts or time sensitive occasions that you use courier/express delivery options wherever possible as the standard delivery systems (which are typically postal delivery systems) get very busy and backlogged from around mid November through to January, adding to delivery time.
Delivery times are approximate only & not guaranteed - please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
To ensure there are no delays to your order being dispatched and/or delivered:
- Ensure you have the correct flag showing at the top of our website. This should be the flag of your delivery destination country. If it's not showing the right flag, click/tap on the flag icon and choose the correct country.
- Payments need to be cleared before we can send. Please keep this in mind when choosing how to pay.
- Please ensure you enter your FULL and CORRECT delivery address on the checkout as we cannot alter any details once the order has been processed and dispatched. Please also include a contact telephone number.
- Customs duties, local taxes and/or clearence charges may be levied on export parcels. These charges and any additional charges must be borne by the recipient - HOWEVER! We are still covering :
- ALL customs charges for EU countries
- ALL customs charges for USA customers
- ALL GST charges for Australian customers
- And other countries may have the option to prepay customs charges on our checkout (Courier services only). We recommend you do this so there is no delay to your delivery and no unexpected charges upon delivery.
- Occasionally delays beyond our control do occur - for this reason, please order as early as you can! Our returns period for orders placed between November and 15th December has been extended. Please see here for more info.

Notes:
We will endevour to deliver your order in time for Christmas. However, occasionally there may be problems and circumstances which are beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of any problems. Please leave a telephone number with your order so we can contact you quickly.
UK Express orders sent via DPD - Please leave a mobile telephone number if possible. We also recommend you download the DPD app to track and manage your delivery. DPD will also give you a delivery ETA so you don't have to wait in all day! Please note, changes to your delivery made via the DPD app may delay or add extra time to your parcel delivery.
Please bear in mind the delivery systems and couriers will be extremely busy during the Christmas period. The above dates are the recommended postage dates from our UK carriers Royal Mail and DPD. We cannot guarantee any item will arrive in time for Christmas, but we do despatch all orders usually within 24 hours of cleared payment (Working days, Monday - Friday), and we will endevour to get your items to you in time for Christmas.
If there are extreme weather conditions such as snow or wide spread ice, this will effect some deliveries. Please continue to check this page for our latest delivery information and advice. Unfortunatley we regret we cannot resend orders or items if your parcel is delayed due to adverse weather. Avoid disappontment by ordering as early as you can!
All orders will be subect to stock levels permitting. For multiple purchases, every available item will be sent as soon as possible with any back ordered stock to follow.
