The name Tootal is synonymous with scarves, indeed the brand has a heritage and history that dates back as far as 1799. The famous Tootal, Broadhurst and Lee factory in central Manchester was a regal Neo-Baroque style, built in the Victorian era and specially built to house the Tootal brand. Although the building is no longer used by Tootal, the legacy of the brand still remains as above the door the Tootal Broadhurst & Lee Co Ltd sign remains.
