Ben Sherman's Northern Soul
Ben Sherman go back to their roots this season with a themed Northern Soul collection. Taking inspiration from 1970s classic mod looks and Northern Soul dancefloor style, Ben Sherman have created a full lifestyle collection for the Modern Mod, including knitted polos, t-shirts, jumpers, retro track tops, Harrington jackets, and of course, a few iconic Ben Sherman Shirts.

Ben Sherman's roots date back to 1963, when Ben Sherman (born Arthur Ben Sugarman) returned to the UK from the US and decided to launch his own range of American Ivy League look and style shirts, starting with the Oxford Shirt and the Gingham Shirt, two of the most iconic Ben Sherman shirts still in the range today. Already a hit with mods, Ben Sherman shirts were also a shirt of choice on the Northern Soul dancefloor in the late 60s and through the 70s. This new collection for Autumn and Winter 2018 seeks to pay homage to the looks and styles of that era, incorporated with a modern twist.
To launch the new collection for this autumn, Ben Sherman have put together the above film featuring some of the UK's best Northern Soul dancers and set to a soundtrack of Edwin Starr. Look out for more from Ben Sherman's Northern Soul collection arriving later in the year, including fishtail parkas and more. KTF.
